How far in advance should I book my airport transfer?+

We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance for guaranteed availability, especially during peak travel seasons. Last-minute bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

What happens if my flight is delayed?+

We monitor all flight arrivals in real-time. Your driver will automatically adjust the pickup time at no extra cost when you provide your flight number during booking.

What vehicles are available in your fleet?+

Our premium fleet includes:

  • Luxury sedans (Tesla Model 3, BMW 5 Series)
  • Executive SUVs (Toyota Kluger, Mercedes V-Class)
  • People movers (Kia Carnival - seats up to 8)

Do you provide child seats?+

Yes, we offer complimentary child seats (infant, toddler, and booster). Please specify your requirements when booking to ensure availability.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfers. Cash payments are available for on-demand bookings only.

Is there a waiting time at the airport?+

We include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights after your actual landing time.

Can I make multiple stops during my transfer?+

Yes, additional stops can be arranged for a small fee (max 2 stops per transfer). Please specify your requirements when booking.

What is your cancellation policy?+

Cancellations made 12+ hours before pickup: Full refund
Within 12 hours: 50% fee
No-shows: Full charge
